There's an inverse relationship between talking and doing. The people who constantly tell you about their plans almost never execute them. They get the dopamine from announcing it and never need to follow through. The people actually building? They're quiet. They're heads down. They let the results show up and do the talking for them. Stop telling people what you're going to do. Just go do it.
