I should add that I think it was refreshing because you frequently hear YTers talk about branching out into different fields in the same way that you hear the hot new actor talk about branching into directing; sometimes it works out, but often it doesn't, and it was nice to hear someone be like, "eh, I hit the lottery here and it's probably not gonna happen twice"
