As I’ve contemplated how to describe my spiritual practices to you, I realized that I’d actually be describing my life—or my aspirational life. When I remember to live soulfully, as if being itself is sacred (it is), then less and less do I make a separation between practicing and living. It’s all practice. It’s all life. So, rather than give you a listicle of my daily habits, I offer you a framework (because you know I love me a framework). Presently, my spiritual life feels like a triangle with three layers: a foundation of embodied awareness, a center of inspiration, and a peak of expression. In no way am I suggesting that this represents the reality of “what practice is,” it’s just a peek (hehe) into what practice feels like for me in early 2026.
