The UK does pubs right, and there’s no reason we can’t implement our own version of the Thai & Desi Pubs at every dive bar with no food or bad food. By offering poorly or unused kitchen space to immigrants looking to start a business, bar owners get an added dimension to their place, migrants get a shot at small business ownership, both get it for a lot cheaper, and everyone’s bar hang gets that much better. Can we get this shit going already?
