Make money doing the work you believe in

The rainforest teaches how to let go.

What is untouched and undervalued collects mold.

I have learned to keep the tender things — the storied things.

The handmade, hand-me-down, heartfelt things. The gently-used, carefully-crafted, agapé-heightening things.

The green and growing, the terra-cotta, the sentimental, the pure and simple.

At the end of the day, I discover the most solace in things which are not mine, but are the ephemeral possessions of the ever-changing natural world.
