Moore Threads Unveils the Lushan GPU: 15× Performance Boost for AAA Gaming

At today’s Moore Threads 2025 MUSA Developer Conference, in addition to introducing the new Huagang architecture and the Huashan chip, Moore Threads also unveiled a new graphics processor — Lushan.

Built on the Huagang architecture, Lushan is a high-performance graphics rendering chip that delivers a 15× improvement in AAA game rendering performance, a 50× increase in ray tracing performance, an 8× boost in atomic memory access performance, and a 4× increase in graphics memory capacity.

AI rendering performance is improved by 64×, geometric processing performance by 16×, and texture fill rate by 4×. Beyond gaming, Lushan also supports full graphics rendering workloads for CAD, CAE, and other professional design applications.
