Chinese robotics company UBTECH has partnered with Foxconn.

In January this year, the two companies announced their collaboration, deploying the Walker S2 humanoid robot in factories — covering use cases from iPhone assembly to electric vehicle logistics — enabling real-world human–robot collaboration scenarios.

Beyond humanoid robots, UBTECH’s subsidiary UQI has also introduced the Chitu Alpha autonomous driving logistics vehicle at Foxconn’s electric vehicle R&D center, which has now officially rolled off the production line.
