Today is Brian Sicknick Day in NJ. Brian was a U.S. Capitol Police Officer who defended the Capitol and our democracy on January 6, 2021, and died after being brutally attacked.

I've gotten to know Brian's family since that horrific day. The stories I've heard about Brian are a reminder of the importance of service and the impact even one person can have. He made our state and country proud.
