I WAS BEATEN FOR REFUSING TO DIE FOR CORRUPTION

My name is Serhii Kharchuk. Researcher, engineer, lawyer. This is my story.

THE JOURNEY

Three degrees: Law, Mining Engineering, Finance. I wanted to save Ukraine.

When the West provided aid, the condition was: develop rare earth minerals. I created MineralAI—AI platform achieving 96% accuracy in geological surveys (vs 2.7% industry standard). 10x faster processing.

Then I discovered the system was rotten.

THE TRUTH

Education: Diplomas bought on black market. No real learning.

Science: Western funding systematically stolen. Innovation blocked because it exposes corruption.

My MineralAI? Rejected—would prove government incompetence.

My research? Blocked—would expose institutional criminality.

I tried to create Virtual Psychologist for trauma support. Blocked.

THEY BEAT ME

Medical contraindications for military service: spinal disease, arthritis, tendinitis.

Legal right to refuse forced mobilization.

Five police units beat me anyway.

THEY BEAT MY LAWYER

When my lawyer arrived (constitutional right), police assaulted him.

Threatened arrest for doing his job.

On video. Documented.

THEY DESTROYED MY BROTHER

Abducted from street. Medical records forged. Declared "healthy" despite bone disease.

Destroyed in military training within two weeks.

Permanent invalid. No compensation. "Army bears no responsibility."

THIS IS POLICY, NOT INCIDENT

Council of Europe (July 2025): "Systematic torture and persecution of lawyers is standard practice."

$500M+ estimated corruption (bribes: $8-30K per person)

Zero convictions of perpetrators

Supreme Court (March 2025): "Even illegal mobilization cannot be reversed"

Level 2: Officers create black markets

Level 3: Generals approve weapons theft

Level 4: Ministers enable corruption

Level 5: President coordinates entire system

All protected. All unprosecuted.
