By the way John Pistelli , the note you made about Ulysses as a fusion of Defoe and Blake was excellent. I read the Ellmann bio recently and Joyce’s study of them while in Trieste sounded very important, especially in regard to something like the Scylla and Charybdis chapter. Would be awesome if you expanded on that in a post.
