It was a great gifting trip, and easy compared with our multi-day expeditions. We gifted somewhere between 30 and 40 TBs from morning till evening. Keep in mind, many of the towers we passed had already been gifted, so to be efficient, we did new ones or ones that were far enough from our previous freeway throws to maybe need the extra help. The general rule is to gift within a quarter mile of the tower.
