This post is a gorgeous tribute to the commonality in 3 beautiful agriculture principles: Japanese natural farming, Chinese “do-nothing” farming, and permaculture. Kevin shows with such beautiful detail the way these 3 mindsets can coalesce and work together.
The One-Straw Revolution by Masanobu Fukuoka, the preeminent founder of natural farming in Japan, has had a huge impact on me. And I loved seeking out and studying agricultural installations in China when we lived there to learn how people grew food. And permaculture is a wonderful and symbiotic tribute to growing in concert with nature.
I love so much how Kevin has brought these 3 philosophies together and shown how they work together so beautifully. This is such a special read! ❤️
