This is spot on. I always think of my irritating lifelong anxiety as worrying about (and therefore, somehow helpfully anticipating?) the worst that can happen. But then I miss the forest for the trees by not acknowledging that the BEST could happen instead! Thanks so much for saying this out loud. ❤️
