One of my most exciting crops this year, ube yams! I’ve ordered the seed tubers, and I’m working on breaking their dormancy under my grow lights in some damp soil. Even if they do sprout, I just hope I have a long enough growing season to get a decent harvest. I’m so beyond excited about the delicious and deep violet desserts I could make with these! I’ll keep you guys posted. 🤞
