My ube yams have sprouted so fast after the buds showed up! I wasn’t sure how long it would take to break their dormancy, and it only took a few weeks. There’s still a long time before I can plant them outside, so they’re going to be vining all over the place before then! I’m so excited to grow these and develop recipes with them. ❤️
