I love the idea of being able to post things I write on a platform for writers. Maybe you like what I wrote — maybe you don’t. But as a writer you get it so I no longer have the fear of just putting it out there. I feel like I’m amongst my people. And that makes it OK. Anyone else feel the same?

why can’t life always feel like children’s book illustrations?

Be bored more often.

Go for long walks. Meditate. Journal your thoughts. Read new books. Spend time alone without devices. You would get to understand yourself a lot much better. Your brain gets the best ideas when it is left to wander.

In those quiet moments, you'll uncover clarity and inspiration that can't be found in constant stimulation.

sometimes i wonder how many versions of myself i’ve outgrown without even noticing. i look back at old photos and remember the thoughts i used to carry, the dreams i thought would save me. it’s strange how you can live inside yourself every day and still not realize you’re evolving. it’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve come, how many lives you’ve already lived in the same skin.

Best mental reset I’ve learned:

If your mind is loud — Write.

If your mind is empty — Read.

If your mind is racing — Walk.

If your mind is tired — Sleep.

If your mind is sharp — Build.

Most problems are just mismatched energy. Get the inputs right, the rest follows.

For you ladies that like to travel,

is putting together some retreats, check it out!

Most people use travel to escape. For me it is medicine, but mostly it’s self-care.

It is allowing myself to be transported back to myself.

Even the years I spent traveling for work.

It was usually solo so I had time to exhale, try new eating spots, explore the city, and rest.

Someone who explains how to dress for the ignorant? Perfect for the Trump audience. As to the Senate Republican warming to Hegseth and Patel—to be expected! Loyal to the man, not the country; ignorant and biddable; just some guys wanting to have fun and peripheral damage.

I can only imagine Anton's horror of the clothing of the average MAGA at a rally for TFG. How many of them are aware of the French cuff? They'd probably think it was something sexual...
