Today marks 20 published pieces for me. About 150 subscribers and 2 paid subscribers.

I’m still getting the hang of it here.

I see a lot of posts asking others to share their work and connect. I think that is amazing, but I’m a single middle-aged woman who lives on an off-grid homestead by myself. I don’t have running water and have to make my own electricity or sometimes make trips to town to keep my laptop charged.

Honest questions: do people really read all of the shared work on the posts they put out? Do they connect with the 300 or so creators that reply to these posts? Or is the idea to give a boost in the algorithm?

I’m just wondering how other people find the time for connecting with other readers AND writing quality content?
