This is so thought provoking and important information that I hope reaches a broad audience. As an identical twin, and the mother of a daughter who has a rare genetic mutation that could have been discovered before she was born but was not, I find this fascinating. And I am so glad I didn’t know about my daughter’s condition looking back now. She was healthy and knowing would have brought nothing positive in her case. Knowing isn’t always a good thing.
