Step 3: Fill in your experience library

This is the secret weapon. It's YOUR single source of truth — every job, every metric, every accomplishment. Claude only draws from this. Never invents beyond it.

Don't want to do it manually? Upload your resume or LinkedIn to Claude and say "fill in this template." Takes 10 minutes.

Step 4: Re-upload the updated skill

Replace the blank template with your completed experience library and re-upload. Done.

Step 5: Paste a job description
