i’ve been thinking about the difference between aggregating capital vs. aggregating attention first.
the traditional path often assumes capital precedes credibility. but in the modern era, attention is credibility… social proof at scale, liquid, monetizable, & compounding.
aggregating attention first means you’re underwriting yourself with belief before capital even enters. that flips the entire incentive stack. you’re now being trusted to do anything. in a sense, you’re default alive before you do whatever.
it’s a simple shift, but it changes everything, especially in an ai first era.
