What counts as a “crime” is determined arbitrarily by the regime. That’s why Hilary Clinton was never prosecuted for breaking Top Secret clearance (a crime for which commoners have spent years in prison) but Trump was convicted for misclassifying a payment to his lawyer (a legal theory which has never been applied to any other candidate.)
