I’m in Bangkok for a visit and happened to glance out the window to catch the foreboding scene of an incoming storm. The blackened skies are nothing new to me though - twice I lived close to here off Sukhumvit Road, probably the nearest thing the City of Angels (its Thai name) has to a downtown.
