For me, fried rice is comfort food. It may be because I grew up in Hong Kong, but nothing beats the diced mix of egg, chives, roast pork and Chinese sausage. This particular plate is a tasty Thai-Chinese version served up at one of my favourite little restaurants located just off chichi Thong Lor in Bangkok.
