If you use the boundary years for generations on Wikipedia, the breakout looks like this:

The Lost Generation: 1883-1900

Greatest Generation: 1901-1927

Silent Generation: 1928-1945

Baby Boomers: 1946-1964

Generation X: 1965-1980

Millenials: 1981-1996

Generation Z: 1997-2012

Generation Alpha: 2013 onward

Compare that to the birth ages of our presidents and some interesting things pop up.

1) The Lost Generation only had two presidents: Truman and Eisenhower

2) The Greatest Generation had seven: Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, and Bush

3) Boomers have had four, so far: Clinton, Bush Jr., Obama, and Trump.

4) The Silent generation was skipped almost entirely… until Joe Biden. He is the only president of his generation, and the only one to be elected so late.

5) Whether we elect Harris or Trump we will be getting another Boomer president—Trump is one of the oldest Boomers, while Harris is one of the youngest.
