The fact that Bhattacharyya will be head of NIH is brilliant. And Coffee & Covid seemed to indicate this morning that Dr. Aseem Malhotra will also join the Trump administration in some capacity. Even if he’s just an advisor, the entire health team Trump and his people are assembling is amazing! This is so good for all of us. MAGA & MAHA!!!

Reading last night an article from the Daily Mail about ALL whu-flu (mRNA) injections "could be" suspended for ALL age groups in America. Apparently, Jay Bhattacharya leading the NIH is calling and pushing for it. He is one of the signatories of the HOPE accord which claims there is a causal link between the mRNA injections and an alarming rise in excess deaths worldwide. Of course most of us HERE were well aware of the "link" for years now

My thoughts exactly. Why are doctors still pushing these, especially on children (I know, I know...profits, Big Pharma) but still?

They stopped giving Moderna to young men in Europe. That was hard proof that known side effects were very real.

I brought this up every convo. No one listened. I watched them shoot up their kids anyway

Im still processing. I'll never understand it.

This is my question: why do these “vaccinations” remain on the market? And why do they continue to be pushed? Yes it’s part sarcasm but anyone going to school will have a class in ethics. None of this is remotely ethical.

Creatine supplements I have taken include instructions that recommend consuming plenty of water while supplementing with creatine. Some folks report symptoms of dehydration when they don't up their water intake when taking creatine

I'm embarrassed to admit I didn't think of this. Thanks for the suggestion.

I’d see if more potassium helps.

My serum creatinine increased from 0.83 to 1.13 on creatine, I rechecked after holding creatine for one week and it came back down to 0.88, within the margin of error for return to previous level. 1.13/.83= 1.36, so a 36% increase on creatine. Unfortunately I am not aware of any studies showing the distribution of creatinine increase associated with creatine use. I suspect if you have lower body muscle mass the increase could be greater, but that is just speculation. Cystatin C is not affected …

My serum creatinine doubled from about 70 to 140 on 1tsp/day (~3.25g) of creatine monohydrate. What might that indicate?

Yes but Medicare does not cover cystatin C (in CA) unless you have advanced chronic kidney disease, a ridiculous policy.
