Chestnut Lodge if you wanna read about it) been thinking about this since I started escitalopram, literally spent like 8 months rawdogging exposure therapy and feeling like I was never gonna get it, 2 months into meds and my therapist says I’m doing so good we can go down to monthly check-ins?? what
