You see, Jeffrey works really hard. He’s getting his PhD in Mechanical Engineering.

While working full-time.

I am beyond proud of him, but most of the time, he’s very tired and stressed.

It can be hard to watch.

However, when he’s cooking for friends and family, he’s in his element. He gives, and gives, and gives.

Cooking pancakes. Holding our niece, Charlotte. Making sure everyone has what they need.

Life can be tough sometimes. It can be filled with stress, worry, and pushing.

I hope these pictures remind you that life can be filled with laughter, tenderness, and love, too.
