If you’re drinking alcohol tonight, here’s how to limit the damage:
- Don’t get plastered (2-3 beers is way different than 10 shots).
- Have a glass of water in between each alcoholic drink.
- Stop drinking a few hours before bed time.
- Fight off the munchies.
And try your best not to do this on back to back nights. Even better if you can avoid it on back to back weeks.
