Let me remind you again of the number one principle of training: training makes you improve.

And the athletes who improve the most are usually the ones who train the most.

But with one big asterisk: what matters is not training more in the short term, but training more over decades.

And the only way to train more in the long term is to train exactly what you can tolerate: no more, no less.

The best athletes in the world train more because they can tolerate more training without breaking down.
