The app for independent voices

There is, in my opinion, something quite cognitively dissonant - if not down right disgusting - about talking about a company as entirely divorced from the people who work there.

When CEOs make mournful statements about having to make people redundant ‘for the good of the company’, with no attempt to support or reskill them, when the business is STILL PROFITABLE, something very primal twists in my heart.

A company is not a separate organism. It is a collection of people, held together by shared effort, incentives, and belief.
