I confess, I’m not that confident when it comes to making desserts. I prefer intuitive cooking where you get taste and tweak as you go. Puddings feel quite final somehow? You don’t know if it’s turned out okay until it is too late.
When I do write sweet recipes, I endeavour to make them foolproof, so fools like me could cook them without getting stressed. It took me quite a few tests to get this one right, but I’m really proud of the recipe. Chocolate pots with sourdough and salted honey cream, out on Feeder now!
