Make money doing the work you believe in

Porch family… we just dropped a new video, and honestly this might be one of the funniest political messes Washington has handed us in a while.

Because yesterday the porch also published a write-up that reads like a political episode of “Not It.”

Title says it all:

“ICE Barbie and the $220 Million ‘Not It’ Game.”

Yes. You read that correctly.

Apparently the Department of Homeland Security managed to roll out a $220 million advertising campaign, and when Congress started asking who approved it… Washington suddenly turned into a middle school dodgeball game.

“Not it.”

“Wasn’t me.”

“Never touched it.”

First lawmakers start asking questions.

Then reporters start digging through paperwork.

Then suddenly the president says he didn’t approve the campaign.

Which is fascinating.

Because now we have a $220 million government ad campaign that apparently approved itself.

Like it just woke up one morning and said:

“You know what… today feels like a good day to spend a couple hundred million dollars.”

Totally normal day.

And right in the middle of the chaos sits Kristi Noem… also known around Washington as ICE Barbie…

who had just testified to Congress about who did and didn’t have influence over the contracts surrounding the campaign.

Now suddenly everybody in the room is staring at the paperwork.

And whenever Washington scandals start bumping into paperwork, the whole city gets real uncomfortable real fast.

Next thing you know?

ICE Barbie is out.

Just like that.

You truly cannot make this stuff up.

So we did what this porch always does.

We slowed the moment down.

Looked at the reporting.

Looked at the testimony.

Looked at the contracts.

And yes… we roasted the absolute absurdity of a $220 million government campaign that nobody claims to have approved.

The video has some fun with the moment.

The write-up digs into the bigger question sitting underneath the story.

If that headline alone made you laugh, you’re going to want to read the full breakdown.

And if the work on this porch means something to you, help it travel.

Share the video.

Share the write-up.

Send it to someone who saw the headline but never stopped long enough to ask the obvious question:

How does $220 million get spent and nobody remembers approving it?

Let’s see how far this one can go.
