Exactly so! My hospital still requires us nonvaxxed employees to wear masks at all times. When I protested, I was told that CMS/Medicare still has the mask requirement for unvaxxed employees, therefore *we* will still have the requirement.

I have refused to comply, with citations in hand from the Cochrane review and other sources about how masks don't work. I also mentioned our policy that unvaxxed patients aren't required to wear masks during a visit, therefore they are discriminating against me. I mentioned the hypocrisy surrounding vaxxed employees being able to contract and spread Covid (some studies suggest even more so than unvaxxed people!) but THEY don't have to wear masks. My boss, who acknowledged that I was likely right but is a rule-follower, was pursuing progressive discipline against me but thankfully recently left for another job. New manager doesn't care (or at least looks the other way).
