Pretty amazing article showing the web of interaction between the parties. It has become clear that the bad guys can get away with just about anything they want. They have almost perfected the art of working with each other to milk the public and then spreading out the stash to each other by making things as hard to follow as possible. So tangled and hard to follow that most people don't believe what they are doing because it just seems way too complicated and evil to be true.
