“knowing what to do” vs. “actually do it”, there is a big gap there. particularly in the hard situation, there are so many reasons and situations that prevent people from doing what is right. i’m one of the normal people. that’s why intentional practice is important, habit and mechanism are the real trustworthy things, than people.
