Alfred is now portable.

My entire modded OpenClaw fork now:

1. deploys to a Hetzner VM, stores secrets in Pulumi ESC, configs Tailscale VPN

2. preloads the Vault, my custom agents, skills and scripts that maintain the Vault

3. deploys the entire autoclustering pipeline that's the backbone of vault health including HDBSCAN, while cluster and relationship labelling is done via Cerebras using Llama 3.1.

The whole setup takes about 10 minutes. In case of any bugs, Alfred fix the deployment automatically and pushes it to completion while I sip my coffee.
