Substack Pro Studio Improvements v1.0.45

I'm simplifying the onboarding process by enabling autodiscovery so users don't have to copy and paste URLs as before.

Also, showing your logged-in account and network status should reduce confusing errors when syncing.

1. Onboarding finds which Substack account you are logged in to and shows a dropdown menu of publications

2. You select the publication and confirm

3. In normal use shows the logged-in user name and handle

4. In normal use, it shows Offline - check the network when you are not connected.
