Really interesting breakdown, especially the ThredUp Resale report's tension between “supply problem” vs. “distribution problem.”
It feels like both are true, but incomplete on their own. The bigger issue is that the system isn’t built to support circularity end to end yet, from product quality to resale infrastructure to incentives.
Would love to see more thinking on how brands themselves design for resale from the start, not just how the market tries to solve for it later.
