Tuesday morning hasn’t been the finest but these wholemeal, malt, apricot teacakes have been a welcome antidote.
Comprising a wholemeal tangzhong, a little spice, earl grey tea soaked apricots (plus a handful of sultanas), orange and lemon zest, barley malt extract, and a tea infused syrup glaze. Ultimate comfort. 🤎
