Today’s discovery: you can really overcomplicate this baking malarkey… ultra tender, fluffy vanilla brown sugar sponge cake made in a blender, topped with a whipped milky chocolate ganache, blackberries, almonds and rosemary sprigs. Quite perfect. 🍰
