For the wine pairing? BUBBLES! I went with an amazing Canadian sparkling wine made from mostly Riesling (Summerhill Pyramid Winery Cipes Brut) and it for real rivals some of the best German Sekt I’ve had. The honeyed notes in Riesling + the honey in the dip, the contrast of hot creamy vs. cold, crispy bubs… I need to eat this again. Right meow.
