I’m genuinely astonished by the response on the Meridian Fund. In ~20 hours we’ve received non-binding indications of interest approaching $20,000,000 from 100+ prospective LPs. The check-size and investor profile data materially exceeds what I modeled for this initial vintage.

I’m meeting with our administration and compliance partners this Friday to work through the framework for the vehicle as a Reg D Rule 506(c) offering.
