I'm heading that way in a couple of weeks. (N. India, not Kerala) It's hard to get accurate news over there. I do know the Kerala gov't is "unicameral," thus easier to control than the bicameral gov't of Uttar Pradesh (which, initially, anyway, had great success with their IVM/Doxycycline,,,, protocols) Regardless, I'll be repatriating a good bit of my IVM and Doxy stash when I arrive in Delhi :)
