Henry Nowak's father says he told police he couldn't breathe nine times. He said he was stabbed four times. One officer told him: "I don't think you have, mate".

"But the police did not believe [him]. Henry was pulled across the gravel, his hands forced behind his back and he was placed in handcuffs... Henry did not die with dignity."

Vickrum Digwa, the murderer, was not handcuffed. Henry's father said the last thing his son heard was the police reading him his rights after Digwa accused him of being racist.

Hampshire police must release the body cam footage, immediately.
