It does not track revenue.

It does not track views.

It does not care how “productive” I felt or how many tasks didn't get done on my Todoist checklist.

It tracks sleep.

Recovery.

Stress.

And the data has been revealing.

There were days I felt accomplished, yet my body was not recovered. Days I thought I was fine, yet my numbers said otherwise.

We know how to push.

We build businesses.

We figure it out.

But at some point the question we ask ourselves has to change.

Not “How much can I build?”

But “Can I build this in a way I am still proud of years from now?”

Money matters. Impact matters.

But being steady, present, and well enough to enjoy your life matters more.

That's where I am right now. I'm doing the work, but I'm also appreciating life a whole lot more these days.

If this resonates, I would love to hear how you are thinking about this season.
