I listened to a podcast this morning that got me thinking. A reminder that what we consistently think about and focus on shapes what we find, and ultimately where our success or learnings come from (win or learn).

So what are we focusing on?

What are we searching for?

What are we training our behavior to move toward?

Because the answer to that is quietly shaping who we are becoming…
