Okay, time for a feed cleanse. This adorable critter (yes, that’s a human fingertip) is the recently discovered flea toad, Brachycephalus dacnis. Adults grow up to 8mm (just under 1/3 inch). This makes them one of the smallest known vertebrates. They live in the Brazilian Atlantic Forest.
