With everything happening in the world right now, and the devastation and loss of life that has arisen as a result, the world can feel like an extremely scary place. It’s pivotal now, more than ever, that we take of ourselves and those around us.

I’m re-sharing a post I’ve previously written on how to safeguard your wellbeing in a world that often feels negative and bleak, in the hope it serves as a gentle reminder that you are not alone - and that you shouldn’t expect to carry those heavy feelings in isolation.
