A simple vent. CVS is extraordinarily awful. I have several prescriptions and it takes a good deal of effort to keep everything on track. CVS makes it all but impossible to take my meds on schedule. Their online system is completely fried; even if you navigate it, and the website isn’t down, the odds of the local pharmacy actually getting the refill message and refilling are close to non existent.

You can’t call any pharmacy because they send you down an online rabbit hole to nowhere. My local CVS routinely fails to process prescriptions, has lines 30 minutes long, randomly puts some prescriptions on hold, are routinely out of stock, and it is not an exaggeration to say the staffers are not only useless but have very limited English and often do not understand what you’re saying. I’d regularly wait 30 minutes to be told they had no refill filled - even after they had sent me a text to pick it up.

An incredible ongoing shitshow. Wasted another hour today trying to get a very simple refill my doc sent last Thursday. It had been put on hold - for reasons no one could explain.

CVS SUCKS!
