Happy Passover ✡️ to those who celebrate. These are my “bagels” for tonight’s Seder. I’ve always wondered how it’s AOK to spend the entire day baking with matzoh meal, when the ‘bread of haste’ was itself meant to symbolize our quick skedaddle from Egypt back in the day 🤔. Religion, lol.
